How do I type my initials when ordering items with monogram fonts?

Traditionally, a woman's monogram is presented in first, last, middle initial order. 

Ex.  Molly Elise Richard      MRE

When monogramming something for a man, many people prefer to use the initials in the first, middle and last order.

Ex.  Matthew James Alexander    MJA

Monograms for kids follow same general guidelines.

How long before I receive my item(s)?

Because items are created with personalization just for you, we do not begin orders until payment has been received.  After payment is received you can expect a processing time of 1-2 weeks; processing time varies by item and quantity.  For larger orders, please allow up to 4-6 weeks processing time.

Processing times do not including shipping time to receive your item(s). 

Should you need an item(s) for an upcoming event or special occasion, please contact us at jgreen@jgreenwithenvy.com or by personal message to make sure we can accommodate your timeline request prior to placing an order.

 

 

In order to have guaranteed Christmas delivery, when do I need to place my order?

Order cutoff for Christmas delivery is December 2, 2016 at midnight.  Any order placed after this will still be processed as it is received, but may not be delivered prior to December 25, 2016.

 

Do you create custom requests?

Absolutely, we are all about custom personalization from font style, color choice and design.

Do you allow for returns and exchanges?

All items are personalized for you upon order and cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been placed. Exchanges are also not allowed. 

All items are carefully inspected before they ship.  However if you feel an item is incorrect upon arrival, please contact us by e-mail at jgreen@jgreenwithenvy.com within 48 hours so that we may replace your item.   

 

Where do you ship?

As of right now we are currently only shipping within the continental US.  Please contact us for shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska. No international orders will be accepted.
